Ever since O.P.I came out with the Skyfall limited edition nail polish series, my favorite was the gold leaf top coat “The Man With The Golden Gun”. During that time, it suddenly became very hard to actually find that top coat in the market and whatever I could find on Ebay or amazon was ~ $50-60 for one bottle of the gold leaf top coat. I decided to wait for a better option to come along. I had checked for the 18k gold top coat that Zoya markets in a hope to be able to own one but I never found it listed on their website. All I could ever find was the marketing picture of that top coat and never the product.
I know it’s not valentines day just yet but it was too hard to keep myself away from all the pinks. Couldn’t stop myself from creating a valentines day design when I had all my pink shades around me. Just started to paint my nails with different design with pink incorporated on all the nails. Hearts, dots, slanting stripes and lines all in one manicure. Happy early valentines day everyone. Lets celebrate love…
I just received my Konad White Nail polish for stamping and now i can use my Bundle monster stamping nail plates. I am so excited to try out all the new designs in various styles. Seche Vite fast drying top coat
Start off by applying a base coat. Then paint all your nails black. I used Sinful colors “”. Let it dry. Then make big purple dots at equal distance all over your nails. You can either use a dotting tool or a bobby pin for the dots. Once it dries, take a darker purple color nail polish and create 3 swipes, 2 around and one over the purple dot in circular fashion. Then take a green color from your collection and make some leaves around the rose. Lastly let it dry completely and seal it with a top coat. It’s important you let the design dry otherwise it can smudge due to the top coat.
Colors i used.
Base Coat: OPI base coat
Top Coat: Fast drying top coat by Seche Vite
Black: Sinful colors “Black On Black”
Light purple dots: Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Extreme wear “Lacey Lilac”
Dark Purple: Finger Paints “Lavender Highlights”
Green: ULTA “Limelight”
Verry Berry is a franken nail polish with a pink jelly base with silver, fuschia, raspberry and blue hex glitters. It also contains floating holographic silver glitter. Pictures show 3 coats of “Verry Berry” topped with a fast drying top coat Seche Vite.
This nail polish is inspired by the berry smoothie that I love which consists of a combination of strawberry, raspberry and blueberry. Yummy!!!
Ooo. I fell in love with Deborah Lippmann – Candy store at the very first sight. The base color is such a pretty pink with fuchsia, silver, green, yellow, blue and light pink glitters. It gets opaque on 3-4 coats. The picture shows two coats of Candy Store over a clear base coat sealed with Seche Vite Fast drying top coat. Love love love this glitter nail polish.
This is an elegant, easy and a super quick nail art which comes handy when you want a fresh look in little time. For this nail art, start by applying a base coat. Then paint your nails a solid green color. I used a solid green from ULTA. You can use whichever green shade you have handy in your collection. Matte works out the best with this manicure. Let the green dry out completely and then paint the entire nail with holographic silver micro glitter. Next, reapply the same glitter over the top half of your nail. Lastly I used a glitter nail polish with small holographic hexes on the tip of my nails. Seal the look with a fast drying top coat.
This nail art was inspired by the latest M.A.C Cosmetics banner that I caught a glimpse of at the mall. “Outlined Pearl” is a simple manicure with a pearl white base which is then bordered with a black striper. Start by applying a base coat. The paint all your nails a pearl white. I used REVLON’s Pure Pearl (#020). Let it dry. Using a black striper, border your nails from all sides. Finish the look with a top coat. I used the fast drying top coat by Seche Vite. You can also try this nail art with a matte white instead of a pearl white.
