If it is fresh, I’m in even if it tastes a little weird simply because of it’s health benefits which we normally miss out on due to our hectic schedules. This detox juice recipe is quick, easy and abundantly rich in Vitamins.

Here’s what you need:
- 4 Apples
- 0.5 inch ginger piece or according to taste
- Half lemon
Here’s what you do:
- Put the apples through the juicer along with ginger.
- Once it’s done, squeeze half a lemon into the juice and mix well. Voila.
This juice has many health benefits. There is a famous phrase – “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. This juice is rich in vitamins A, B and C. It also helps cleanse the liver and is rich in antioxidants. Ginger aids digestion too.
Note: You can use more or less quantity of ginger depending on your taste. More the ginger more spicier the juice.
