Gradient Glitter Green

This is an elegant, easy and a super quick nail art which comes handy when you want a fresh look in little time. For this nail art, start by applying a base coat. Then paint your nails a solid green color. I used a solid green from ULTA. You can use whichever green shade you have handy in your collection. Matte works out the best with this manicure. Let the green dry out completely and then paint the entire nail with holographic silver micro glitter. Next, reapply the same glitter over the top half of your nail. Lastly I used a glitter nail polish with small holographic hexes on the tip of my nails. Seal the look with a fast drying top coat.

Free Hand Design

Since the time i was little i have loved art, color and paintings. I love decorating my nails with even the simplest of design. Today, I decided to paint my nails with a pattern that came to my mind at that very instance. So I grabbed a couple of my polishes 1. Mint Sorbet by Sally Hansen and 2. A beautiful purple color by finger nails and ended up with a free hand design with the use of some nail art brushes and a white and a silver striper. Don’t you love this manicure?

I started off with my OPI base coat and then painted all my nails 3 coats of purple. Wait between coats for each of them to dry. Then use a white and a silver striper and draw vertical parallel lines on the right of the nail. Then with Mint Sorbet, draw some leaves on the left of the lines. Top it off with a fast drying top coat. I used Seche Vite.
